The state of Texas has just completed a mandatory posting update to their Child Labor Law posting, and many of you are checking in to get the new version of the TX posters with that updated Child Labor posting. We have these in stock now.
However, Texas will be making an additional mandatory posting update to their WORKERS COMPENSATION posting shortly as well—likely in late June.
If you need your posters immediately...
...we can ship you the currently available version of
the Texas poster which includes the updated Child Labor posting, but NOT the updated
Workers Compensation posting. To order for immediate delivery, please click here.
(If you choose this option, please bear in mind that in order to remain in compliance
after June, you’ll need to either re-order posters, or download a copy of the appropriate
updated Texas Workers Comp posting when it becomes available from the Texas state
agency website and post it over your existing Workers Comp posting.)
